2025 has proven to be a particularly auspicious and busy year for a Memphis-area taco concern. Taco-N-Ganas, an incredibly popular local Mexican concept, has yet another project planned-a brick and mortar located at 3710 Riverdale Road, reports local media outlet Daily Memphian.

The eatery’s website currently lists the new location as “coming soon”, though precisely how soon remains to be seen. According to a post by Taco-N-Ganas on its social media page, work should begin on the storefront soon; the 2-week-old response says it “should start in the next few weeks.”

Taco-N-Ganas has become a Memphis institution. The chain has 8 locations, with more on the way. It plans to reopen its shortly lived Olive Branch space soon, and opened a new Bartlett spot earlier this month.

Taco-N-Ganas offers a delicious range of Mexican options, including-of course-tacos, but also quesadillas and burritos, alongside more innovative selections like pizza birria and shrimp pizza.
