Health inspectors highlighted improper handwashing and toilet facilities at the L.A. food establishment. Violations ranged from missing soap and handwashing supplies to poorly constructed restroom facilities. Inspectors noted staff did not demonstrate knowledge of food safety protocols.

Inadequate lighting, ventilation, and improper backflow devices were listed in the report for Chapala Bakery. Garbage wasn’t properly disposed of at the L.A. bakery. Employees’ personal items were found in the food prep area.
