According to recent public records, a new waffle establishment is coming to town.
Aloha Waffle Bar will soon open its second location at 1500 Beach Blvd in Jacksonville.
Unfamiliar readers can expect milk teas, coffee drinks, iced teas and waffles both savory and seet.
“Many years traveling abroad, during military service, introduced me to many new culinary flavors. One of which was the original Hong Kong Egg Waffle. First served in the streets of Asia, a plain delectable waffle in a paper bag, but It was delicious! Crunchy on the outside and soft, light, and delicate on the inside. I went back home to Hawaii and had to learn how to make it for myself.” the official website states.
“It took 8 long months to perfect this waffle from scratch and lots of different flours and mixtures, but once I got it right, it was sweet perfection. I started serving these to my very own Ohana and they started stuffing them with everything imaginable. Once I tasted one of my Ohana’s creations, using my freshly baked waffle, I knew we were onto something! We began creating new waffle recipes together and Aloha Waffle Bar was born.”
“Our Logo was designed in the beginning of 2021 and we began plans to share our amazing creations with our community, bringing a new fresh concept cafe with incredible Hawaiian grown coffee to our community and surrounding areas.”
No opening date has been announced.
