Charlotte-based Salted Melon Market & Eatery is targeting Buckhead for its first expansion outside of North Carolina. The spot will join Andrews Square at 56 East Andrews Dr. NW, according to an announcement on the brand’s Instagram page.

Salted Melon is targeting an early 2026 opening for the forthcoming Atlanta location, which will be the fourth for the brand, joining three locations currently open in Charlotte. Owner Thomas Coker opened the first location in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood in 2022. The team opened its most recent location earlier this summer.

The spot offers a counter-service menu centered around healthy food, including breakfast items like avocado toast and overnight oats; sandwiches and wraps such as the Perfect Pesto Caprese and the Turkey Prosciutto Panini; bowls (many of which are gluten-free) such as the Poke Me and Blazin’ Buffalo; salads; and baked goods. There is also a kids’ menu.

The eatery aims to be flexible for customers, adhering to their needs throughout the day.

“Salted Melon is here for you morning, noon and night,” the website states. “Come in for your morning latte, quick breakfast, healthy lunch, post-workout smoothie or end your day with dinner and a cocktail!”

The spot also offers gourmet groceries at their market, according to the website.
