When San Clemente’s new Miramar Food Hall opens later this year, among the tenants will be It’s Allll Rice, a fried rice–focused concept from two childhood friends with a passion. According to San Clemente Times, the business will be one of the inaugural businesses at the property, located at 1720 N El Camino Real in the old Miramar Theatre.
It’s Allll Rice was created by owner Kittrel Cage, who launched the concept during the pandemic after experimenting with fried rice recipes at home. He officially launched as a food truck in 2020, serving around Los Angeles and Orange County. This will be its first brick-and-mortar location.
Cage is working with his longtime friend Kenyon Jones, who has decades of restaurant experience. Once construction finishes up on-site, they can get the keys to their stall and get ready to open. They told What Now OC they hope to welcome guests in late October or early November.
Hiring is in motion, and a possible job fair may be held in the near future. The company posted on Instagram that it is accepting applications for lead chef, line cooks, and prep cooks. There will be a staff of between 10 to 15 people total.
Developed by Tiger Hospitality Group, the fall will host a range of regional and national vendors, alongside two bars. It’s housed in a converted 1938 performance hall that has been empty for over 30 years. The project has seen delays after a change in ownership, but is now powering ahead towards its opening.
