A new Vietnamese restaurant and karaoke bar is headed to South Sacramento.
Best Karaoke Kitchen & Bar is taking over the former Sacto By Night Lounge space at 7121 Governors Circle, with plans to serve up Vietnamese cuisine alongside high-energy nightlife.
Owner Khanh Nansel, who also runs Karaoke Best Price Equipment in Sacramento’s South Pointe Plaza, could not be reached for comment. However, the menu will likely feature a variety of Vietnamese staples such as phở, bánh mì, and spring rolls, along with beer, wine, and classic cocktails.
Beyond the food, Best Karaoke Kitchen & Bar aims to keep the party going with karaoke, dancing, and live entertainment. The venue is currently undergoing renovations and is slated to debut on November 18, 2025, according to its Facebook page.

Social media activity suggests Sacto By Night Lounge quietly closed its doors earlier this summer. Its concept closely mirrored the new venue, offering a similar mix of karaoke, nightlife, and Vietnamese fare.
