Buffalo Wild Wings GO is aiming to expand further in Orange County, with a franchisee confirming to What Now OC that they are looking into possible downtown Huntington Beach locations. Dragas Group told the publication exclusively that it’s in the site selection process but hasn’t locked a lease down yet.
As soon as a lease is locked down, the company will go into permitting. Matthew Dragas, COO of Dragas Group, said more information will be available at a later date. The hospitality operator is also working on a Buffalo Wing Wings GO store in Anaheim, which we just covered.
Dragas Group also owns the full-service outposts in Huntington Beach, Orange, and Aliso Viejo, which have been recently renovated, and Buena Park, which is next on the list for updates. It’s the operator of the Mission Viejo location as well, and the company is in the process of relocating that store to the mall.
Nationally, the concept has been one of the fastest-growing spinoffs in quick-service dining. Debuted in 2020, the counter-service model has grown to more than 150 outlets with dozens more in the development pipeline, QSR Magazine writes. Stores are a mix of company-owned and franchise-operated.
