Jacksonville-based GreenPointe Holdings has broken ground on the Lodge Amenity Center. The new recreational hub in Clay County’s Hyland Trail will feature a pool, pickleball courts, and additional amenities. Developers recently hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at the Hyland Trail community in metro Jacksonville.
Construction Commences on Lodge Amenity Center at Hyland Trail
GreenPointe Holdings has initiated construction on the recreation-first lifestyle community, positioned close to the recently opened section of First Coast Expressway in Clay County.
Representatives from GreenPointe Holdings, Jax Utilities Management, Smith McKee Construction, and Basham & Lucas Design Group attended the event.

Design Features and Amenities
The Lodge Amenity Center will be equipped with warm gathering spaces that offer views of a beach-entry pool and splash zone. Residents at Hyland Trail can work out at the recreation center’s exercise facility or play on pickleball courts.
The Jacksonville-area community will offer miles of multi-use trails for walking, jogging, and biking. Kids can have fun at Lodge Amenity Center’s expansive playground. An exclusive resident-only dog park, Barks & Rec, will allow pups to enjoy their off-leash time.
The amenity-rich recreational center at Hyland Trail is expected to be completed in 2026.
