Helmed by chefs Chris Builder and Roy Bass, Those Guys Pies has grown to three locations in the valley: one in Vegas, one in Henderson, and one in North Las Vegas. And those guys at Those Guys must be doing something right: the chain is preparing to open a fourth location—this time, at 8560 W Desert Inn Road, Suite D5, according to building permit paperwork submitted to Clark County.

“We all know those guys who have to have the best, use the best, and be the best,” says the pizza brand’s website. “We are THOSE GUYS. THOSE GUYS spent years perfecting the dough and technique to create the perfect east coast style, hand-tossed pizza. We take the extra time to craft as many recipes in-house as possible to give you a unique flavor for each dish. If you enjoy the best quality and flavor you will love THOSE GUYS. THOSE GUYS have been a labor of love to create the best for the best, that’s you, our loyal guests. We hope you enjoy eating our food as much as we do making it! We are THOSE GUYS.”

The Those Guys menu features Specialty House Pies like the Shroom Pie (Mushrooms, Garlic, Caramelized Onion, and Goat Cheese), the Maui Wowie (Bacon, Pineapple, and Jalapeno), and the Big Sexy (Pepperoni, Onion, Garlic, Pepperoncini). And there’s lots more on the menu: you’ll find Cheesesteaks and other Hot Sandwiches, Those Guys Wings, Those Guys Fingers, and more.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with Chef Chris Builder on Wednesday. “We’re aiming for the end of October,” Builder said. The chef was not immediately available to share more details about the new location, but What Now is awaiting more information by email.
