Kura Sushi, the popular revolving sushi bar concept, is opening a new location in Temecula, according to WestMar Commercial Real Estate, which manages the Winchester Marketplace center. Located at 40705 Winchester Road, Suite A104, it will be the second restaurant for the brand in the Inland Empire.
As confirmed in leasing brochures, the company is renting a 3,732-square-foot retail space within the busy shopping complex. The restaurant is expected to open in July 2026, and will join tenants like Trader Joe’s, FedEx/Kinko’s, Pacific Dental Services, Friar Tux, and Provident Bank.
This upcoming Temecula location will expand Kura Sushi’s presence in Southern California, joining other nearby sites including Rancho Cucamonga, Brea, Garden Grove, and Irvine. Its website also shows there are two in development in Orange and San Diego.
Known for its interactive conveyor-belt sushi service, the restaurant allows diners to enjoy a unique and engaging dining experience. It emphasizes using premium Japanese ingredients for all dishes, with options like nigiri, rolls, hand rolls, gunkan, soups, and sides. They also serve desserts.
