When the historic Miramar Theatre in San Clemente reopens as a food hall later this year, one of the inaugural tenants will be Cosmos Burger. According to Picket Fence Media, the business has been confirmed on the lineup of cuisine choices at the property, 1720 N El Camino Real.

This is the third location for the brand, which is owned by Tiger Hospitality Group, the same company behind the Miramar Food Hall. It also has outposts in Carlsbad at the Windmill Food Hall and one in Oceanside right by the beach.

Cosmos Burgers emphasizes fresh, premium ingredients and has retro vibes. The chain offers a range of burgers, chicken sandwiches, artisan hot dogs, and sides like Truffle Fries, Tater Tots, and Monkey Fries.

Joining the eatery in the food hall are: La Vida and Lobster Lab (two other Tiger Hospitality Group concepts), El Puerto Street Tacos, Graciously Thai, Hen Haus, Moto Pizza, It’s Allll Rice, RolledUp Sushi, Ricebunn from Irvine, Sidelines Sandwiches, and The Pita. What Now OC has covered several of the coming businesses.
