Mattamy Homes, the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America, plans to add 140 new homes in the next phase of The Bridges at Preston Crossings. The community will be a mix of one-and two-story single-family homes. Centurion American is leading the resort-style development in Gunter, Texas.
Mattamy Homes to Construct Next Phase of Resort-Style Community
The Bridges sits along the fairways of an 18-hole championship golf course, blending small-town charm with resort-style living. According to PRNewswire, buyers can choose from floor plans between 1,800 and 2,894 square feet.
The prices start at mid-$300s. A model home is set to open in November 2025. The first homes available for purchase will be in February 2026. Mattamy will also introduce a 40-foot rear-entry home design, a first for the builder’s communities.
“At Mattamy, we focus on building homes that fit how people really live,” said John Kuntz, Division President of Mattamy Homes’ Dallas Division.
“The Bridges at Preston Crossings offers that great balance of small-town charm and everyday convenience, and living in Gunter means families can enjoy a quieter lifestyle while still being close to Frisco, Celina, and McKinney. This new phase gives families even more opportunities to experience that lifestyle in a well-designed Mattamy home,” he added.
