Longleaf Swine is bringing a new location to Raleigh, with plans to open in fall 2026 at Greystone Village, according to the Triangle Business Journal. It will take the space formerly home to Sawmill Tap Room at 7701 Lead Mine Rd.

Longleaf Swine has one existing location, which owner Adam Cunningham opened in 2022. When crafting the barbecue concept, he drew on his experience growing up in Eastern North Carolina.

“Some of his earliest memories are of watching his grandmother cook with love and care, instilling in him a deep appreciation for time-honored traditions and scratch-made meals. Adam has brought that same heart and heritage to every bite at Longleaf Swine,” the website states. “From our wood-fired smokers to the warm welcome you get when you walk through our doors, Longleaf Swine is built on doing things the right way—the old-school way.”

The spot serves wood-fired barbecue dishes, including ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. Other offerings include wings, chicken pot pie and a beverage list featuring beer, wine, bourbon and whiskey.
