A new cocktail bar is headed to Raleigh’s North Hills Innovation District, with Little Saint Cocktail Co. expected to open next spring. According to a recent post from the Triangle Business Journal, Patrick Shanahan and co-owner Robby Opperman are bringing the new concept to 640 St. Albans Drive, adding another hospitality destination to the growing district.
The upcoming bar will be Shanahan’s latest project in Raleigh, where he has built a portfolio of hospitality concepts with a focus on food, drinks, and distinctive spaces. Triangle Business Journal identifies Little Saint Cocktail Co. as the first standalone cocktail bar planned for North Hills, giving the area a dedicated destination centered around cocktails.
The location at 640 St. Albans Drive sits within the North Hills Innovation District, an area that has continued to evolve with new dining, retail, office, and hospitality offerings. The address is part of the larger North Hills development and places Little Saint within a walkable mixed-use environment.
Little Saint Cocktail Co. is currently targeting a spring 2027 opening, although an exact date has not been announced. Additional details about the bar’s menu, design, hours, and overall concept have also yet to be released, leaving more to come as the project moves forward.
