As part of a multi-unit franchise deal, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii has been scouting new areas for stores in the metro area. The operator leading this expansion tells What Now Denver that the RidgeGate area of Lone Tree may be a possible site.

This is the latest from franchisee Beth Deasy, who has been very busy since the press release announcing her partnership with the company earlier this year. Her Boulder store just opened, one in Belmar is under construction, and several others are in the site selection phase, including Lone Tree.

An address and timeline have not been disclosed yet. It joins other cities that Deasy’s Peaks to Waves LLC has been eyeing in the south metro area, such as Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch (which we recently covered).

The RidgeGate development is a new mixed-use community within the suburb that is expected to reach more than 30,000 residents. It has parks, shopping, and dining with its 3,500 acres.
