A new vegan eatery in Seattle plans to serve “healthy food made with love,” according to the shop’s Instagram.

7 Keys Health Food will not use eggs, animal meat, cheese or preservatives in its dishes.

The eatery plans to serve vegan bowls, “Sweet Hug Rolls,” croissants filled with rosehip jam; cabbage pies with a golden exterior and juicy cabbage filling; and potato pies with a soft crust and creamy mashed potato filling.

An official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but an Instagram post reads: “We’re opening SOON — get ready for a fresh wave of plant-based delights!”

The eatery also plans to offer delivery. For updates, follow along on Instagram.

What Now Seattle reached out to the 7 Keys Health Food team, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
