Sorry Not Sorry Creamery, a boutique ice cream brand known for responsibly sourced, small-batch desserts, is preparing to open a new location in Long Beach at 4612-A 2nd Street in Belmont Shore.

The company’s Belmont Shore location will move into the former Sweetfin space, which closed in May 2025, according to the company’s social media. Although an exact opening date has not been announced, the new store is expected to open in early 2026. Customers can anticipate a curated menu featuring handcrafted ice cream made from dairy sourced from a century-old family farm, alongside house-baked mix-ins and fresh flavors.

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is known for using milk from Scott Brothers Dairy, a 100-year-old farm where cows are grass-fed, hormone-free, and raised in low-stress environments to ensure superior milk quality. The brand has steadily expanded across Southern California and Nevada, with locations in Cerritos and Las Vegas, making the Belmont Shore store its first in Long Beach.

The Belmont Shore location adds to the growing ice cream scene in the area, joining local favorites like Long Beach Creamery, Galata, and Seaside Creamery, as well as national brands such as Van Leeuwen and Handel’s. This expansion reflects the company’s focus on increasing accessibility to quality ice cream in key neighborhoods.

The menu features 16 classic and four rotating seasonal flavors, including fan favorites such as Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble, Campfire S’mores, and vegan options like Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Cookie and Rocky Road. Many of their mix-ins, including cookies, brownies, and caramels, are baked in-house to maintain freshness and quality.

Founded by Drew Belcher, Kevin Whelan, and Timothy Dang, Sorry Not Sorry Creamery emphasizes community and quality ingredients in every scoop. Their dedication to small-batch production and sustainable dairy sourcing aims to deliver a consistently high-quality experience.
