Big in Japan, cat cafes have been popping up in New Orleans, and the newest one is preparing to open in the Marigny at 2330 Royal St. Called NOLA Cat Lounge, the cat café will offer cold drinks and packaged snacks in a cozy environment filled with New Orleans-inspired decor.
