Casa Brasa, the dining destination inspired by the open-fire grills and the artistry of the sushi counters of Latin America, opened on October 27th for both lunch and dinner. Brought to you by Chef Omar Flores and the Marshi Family of Big Dill Hospitality, guests can expect a multi-sensory dining experience delivered with precision.

“Casa Brasa was born from fire; not just in the kitchen, but in its spirit. Every curve, every texture, every material was chosen to radiate warmth and evoke connection. It’s a space that invites people to gather, to feel, and to celebrate,” says Alec Marshi, CEO and co-founder of Big Dill Hospitality in a statement.

Brasa evokes the rhythms, culture and soul of South America. Music is immersive and interiors are intentionally designed for guests to linger, share and celebrate. Cocktails are theatrical and refined plates are delivered with precision. The reimagined space features an open-fire grill, raw bar and sushi counter, private event spaces and an energetic bar.

With prime cuts of beef and pristine seafood at the forefront, Casa Brasa’s menu showcases starters, soups and greens, tacos de la casa, sushi, sashimi and specialty maki rolls as well as main courses from land and sea. Filets, Sakura Pork “Secreto”, “Delmonico” Prime Ribeye, Lumina Farms Double Cut Lamb Chops, Butterflied Branzino “Divorciado” and a Black Hawk Farms Ribeye “Tomahawk” are cooked over white oak charcoal and mesquite wood and served with choice of house sauces.

The Barra Fria delivers chilled market oysters, Red Snapper Ceviche and Haikkaidō Scallop Aguachile. The signature Casa Brasa Roll (snow crab, grilled jalapeño and asparagus, smoked daikon and chili mayo is topped with Wagyu beef, crispy leeks and roasted piña salsa) highlights an extensive list of specialty maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

Proudly international, Chef Omar Flores and the Marshi family traveled extensively throughout Mexico, South America, Dubai, Europe, Miami and New York to study and perfect the live-fire techniques, spice and small rituals that engage all of the senses. Casa Brasa is a celebration of elegance, flavor and Latin soul.

“Casa Brasa embodies everything we stand for; the fusion of passion, culture and precision. From the flame to the flavor to the feeling you get when you walk through the door, every detail was crafted to make the ordinary extraordinary,” adds Alexander Urrunaga, COO.
