A fast-casual Mexican restaurant is bringing its flavors to Seattle with a new location set to open soon.
Taqueria El Rinconsito will open at 2921 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, adding to the restaurant’s expanding list of locations.
“Coming soon in Seattle. El Rinconsito is growing! You asked for it…and we listened!” the eatery shared via Facebook.
The new Seattle location will feature the same authentic Mexican flavors, serving tacos, enchiladas and burritos alongside a variety of entrees.
Customers can choose from meat dishes such as carne asada and pork in chile verde, seafood favorites like camarones a la diabla and mojarra frita, or chicken options including pollo ranchero and arroz con pollo. The menu will also include breakfast items and a catering option known as the Fiesta Menu.
“Whether you dine in or take out, every bite brings you closer to the true taste of Mexico,” the website reads.
Taqueria El Rinconsito began in 1997 when founders Lupe Guzman and Abel Brambila opened their first location in Kent. Since then, the brand has expanded across Washington with restaurants in Bellevue, Everett, Puyallup, Tacoma and Renton. The Seattle outpost will mark its 18th location.
“From the beginning our vision has been to provide awesome food and to build a company based on quality, customer satisfaction and promptness. The growth possibilities for our company as well as for our employees are huge,” the website reads.
While an official opening date hasn’t been announced, guests can check the restaurant’s website and follow Taqueria El Rinconsito on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
What Now Seattle reached out to the team, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
