Bossa, a family-owned, chef-driven sandwich and specialty foods concept, is opening its first East Shore location in Brossard, at 9140 Promenades des Lanternes.

The company’s fourth location is scheduled to open in December 2025, according to its website. Customers can expect Bossa’s signature sandwiches, fresh breads, house-made proteins, sauces, and toppings, all prepared daily, as well as a selection of desserts, coffee, and catering options.

Founded in 2010 as a neighborhood sandwich counter, Bossa has grown into a small family of high-volume shops serving the greater Montreal area. The brand emphasizes real food made with care, focusing on bold and generous sandwiches. The Quartier DIX 30 location will be the company’s fourth shop, following locations in Verdun, Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, and the Time Out Market at Montreal’s Eaton Centre.

Bossa’s menu features a wide range of sandwiches, hoagies, parmesan options, and house specials, including Porchetta, Sausage & Peppers, Milano, and Meatball Parmigiana, as well as vegetarian options such as Roasted Vegetables and Caprese. Fresh pasta dishes, Sicilian arancini, focaccia, and bakery pizzas complement the sandwiches, while espresso drinks, sweets, and cannoli are available for dessert.

The Quartier DIX 30 location is part of a broader expansion strategy to bring Bossa’s chef-driven, family-friendly approach to new communities. Owner and co-founder Daniel Lo Manto leads the kitchen alongside Fabio Sperduti, ensuring centralized production to maintain consistent quality across all locations. Daily preparation and the use of fresh ingredients are central to the brand’s philosophy.

The location was selected for its strong visibility, high foot traffic, and accessibility within Brossard’s shopping district. Bossa also emphasizes community connections, catering, and a family-focused atmosphere, continuing the approach that has made it a trusted neighborhood institution in Montreal.
