It looks like another tenant is slated for an expansion to West Sacramento‘s upcoming Club Pheasant redevelopment.

Local favorite Temple Coffee Roasters has reportedly signed on to lease a space at the modern gathering space and multi-concept dining hub at 2525 Jefferson Blvd, reports KCRA.

Founder Sean Kohmescher launched Temple in 2005 with a simple dream: to build a “community gathering space” inspired by the tranquil temples he visited during his travels. The brand has since evolved into a regional powerhouse, operating a roastery and eight cafés across Midtown, Downtown, East Sacramento, Arden Arcade, Folsom, and Davis.

Temple is celebrated for its direct and sustainable sourcing of high-quality coffee beans. The menu features a range of coffee and tea classics, along with pastries and desserts such as the Almond Croissant, Chocolate Chip Banana Bread, and Lemon Lavender Muffin.

The reimagined Club Pheasant development aims to bring together a dynamic mix of concepts, including Jack’s Urban Eats, OBO’ Italian Table & Bar, and a Club Pheasant-themed bar. Construction could kick off as soon as summer 2026, with a grand opening projected for summer 2028.

What Now Sacramento has reached out to Temple Coffee Roasters for further details and will provide updates as information becomes available.
