Fast-growing drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew is expanding its footprint in Colorado Springs, with a new location coming to 410 S.  26th Street. Records show the brand is in the midst of the permitting process, with recent modifications made to plans for the store.

This will be the brand’s second location in the Pikes Peak region, joining the existing store at 3806 Maizeland Rd. That outpost is seven miles northeast of this new one, its website shows. Existing structures will be replaced with a nearly 700-square-foot building for 7 Brew. Some residents have recently raised concerns about the vehicle congestion the business will cause; those talks are ongoing.

“We’re very excited about the possibility of bringing 7 Brew to your community. We’re
still in the early stages of development, but our team is energized by the opportunity
to share our mission of cultivating kindness through drinks and people,” franchisee Thomas Esposito told What Now Denver.

Esposito said they anticipate being able to start construction and hiring in the spring and opening in Q2 or Q3 – depending on permitting. According to the development plan prepared by Galloway & Company, the location will operate Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday until 11:00 PM, staffed with between three and twelve employees per shift.

7 Brew has grown to over 500 locations nationwide since its inception in 2017. The company claims to have signed franchise agreements for nearly 3,000 stores. Sussex Group Brew 1 LLC is listed as the owner for this upcoming COS unit.
