Already home to restaurants like Diner Ross Steakhouse, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen, and the Boss Cafe by Buddy Valastro, The LINQ is adding another exciting concept to its food and beverage roster. The resort is adding a Bojangles—but not just any Bojangles. It’s a brand-new approach taken by the chicken and biscuit franchise.

“It’s going to be the first Bojangles with a full bar and a live band,” Jeanette Davis, Senior Vice President at LV Petroleum, told What Now on Friday. “It’s going to be like bringing Nashville to Vegas. I was hoping to have it open in time for Super Bowl Sunday, but we’ve had a few delays. Still, we’ll have it open in February.”

Bojangles has been taking off in Las Vegas, with 20 units under contract for the territory. It’s a can’t-miss concept, with favorites like the Cajun Filet Biscuit Combo, the Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo, and the Bacon Egg & Cheese Combo. (These are just a few constant crowd pleasers: there’s a lot more to be had.)

As the force behind this expansion, LV Petroleum has a busy winter ahead, as it works to make Bojangles one of Las Vegas’s favorite spots for chicken, biscuits, and other Southern-style comfort foods. An additional Bojangles is expected to open at Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, also in February. A little closer on the horizon, in December, another Bojangles will open nearby at Paradise and Harmon Avenue.
