Nashville-based real estate development firm, Vastland Company, is set to begin construction of its new project. VOCE Hotel & Residences in Midtown is a dynamic mixed-use development that is to begin construction soon. It is after the company closed on a $130 million construction loan provided by Atlanta-based Peachtree Group.

The investment firm has been ranked the seventh largest hotel lender in the U.S., having executed $13.9 billion in real estate investments. The investment in the VOCE Hotel & Residences project shows the investor’s confidence in the project’s capabilities. Also, VOCE offers a unique vision that makes it a favorable investment.

The new 25-story development offers 192 private residences, 114 hotel suites, 60,000 square feet of office space, and 40,000 square feet of wellness amenities. The development is located at 1717 Hayes St. in Midtown Nashville. BL Harbert International will lead the construction, which will begin on December 8, 2025. The construction is expected to reach completion in Fall 2027.

Architectural design partners The Preston Partnership and landscape architect HDLA also support the project. Hospitality and residences partners include ID & Design International and Restoration Hardware Design. The sales of the residences will be led by Vastland’s principal broker, Christy Frewin.

The development offers exceptional amenities to guests and residents. However, the key highlight is the optional hotel program offered to residents of the 192 luxury condominiums. It is a professionally managed four-star hotel program that generates recurring cash flow and tax advantages.

The program allows unit owners to rent out their residences when not in use, generating supplemental income and tax benefits. This program has intrigued interested buyers so much that more than 50% of the residences have already been sold.

The development also offers a 25th-floor rooftop high-end dining experience. The development also includes 40,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, including a spa, fitness center, and wellness spaces. Finally, a membership in the exclusive VOCE Collective offers several irresistible benefits.

From a rooftop restaurant, spa and wellness center, fitness center, and more, this mixed-use tower has it all. Also, the unique program offered makes it all the more appealing among investors.
