Wonder Waffel, the European-inspired dessert shop known for its handcrafted waffles, shakes, and indulgent sweet creations, is celebrating its second anniversary on Florida’s Space Coast with a full slate of specials and events throughout December.
Owner Seraina Hug, who brought the Wonder Waffel concept from Switzerland to sunny Melbourne, says the milestone feels personal. “Reaching a two-year milestone is an incredible feeling, and we want to share it with everyone,” she says.
Hug launched the shop with a simple idea: create a welcoming space where desserts are made with intention, care, and high-quality ingredients. Each waffle and shake is prepared as a “little masterpiece,” she notes — a reflection of Wonder Waffel’s emphasis on creativity and craft.
The main anniversary event will take place Saturday, December 14, when guests can enjoy 20% off the regular menu. The celebration doesn’t end there — Wonder Waffel has planned special events and sweet surprises all month long, giving locals plenty of opportunities to indulge.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support of our guests over the past two years,” Hug says. “This anniversary is a celebration for all of us, and we can’t wait to enjoy it together.”
