Farmer Boys, the California-based fast-casual chain that specializes in all-day breakfast, is opening a Queen Creek restaurant.
The restaurant has filed permit applications with the Town of Queen Creek for a restaurant to open at 22430 E. Ocotillo Road. The restaurant should open by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
Led by Franchisee Omar Mawas, Farmer Boys is growing swiftly throughout Arizona. In June 2025, the chain’s third Phoenix-area restaurant opened in Gilbert, and there are plans for more to come.
Farmer Boys was founded in 1981 in California by George, Chris, Demetrius, Harry, and Machis Havadjias, five brothers who grew up on a farm in Cypress. The brothers opened a restaurant with the goal of serving hearty meals made from farm fresh ingredients.
Today, there are more than 100 locations in California, Nevada, and Arizona and the brand continues to grow.
The restaurant is best known for its all-day breakfast items, hand-chopped salads, hand-breaded zucchini sticks, and burgers made with fresh beef. Its signature is the Farmer’s Burger, made with two 1/4 lb fresh beef patties topped with hickory smoked bacon, American cheese, farm fresh produce, hand-smashed avocado, and 1000 island dressing. The restaurant also sells kids meals and provides catering services for events and parties.
