Smash Hit Burgers will be opening a brick-and-mortar location next year in Kennesaw. The spot will open at 2921 Cherokee St. NW in February, according to Kennesaw.com.
Zac and Myah Patterson launched Smash Hit Burgers as a food truck in Kennesaw in 2023.
“At Smash Hit Burgers, we specialize in crafting exquisite Smash Burgers that redefine the art of flavor,” the website states. “Our passion for the perfect patty, expertly seared and irresistibly thin, is evident in every bite you take.”
The menu consists of items like their signature smash burger The Smash Hit, the Smoked Brisket Loaded Tater Tots and the Blackened Salmon BLT. They also serve gourmet milkshakes such as Butterfinger Brownie and Strawberry Bunch Crunch. Other burger options include smokehouse, Oscar-style, pimento cheese and cowboy smash burgers.
Kennesaw.com reports that there will be two buildings and a central patio in the design. The buildings will feature a dining room, a to-go kitchen and a milkshake bar.
For now, Smash Hit Burgers has been continuing to operate as a food truck.
