Located on Vilano Road between Vivian Browning Avenue and Ava Way in St. Augustine, Holiday Inn Express St. Augustine is home to Vilano Coffee Shop, a cafe boasting 4.7 stars based on Google reviews.
“I absolutely love this coffee shop,” says one 5-star review. “Their Blue Bird coffee is my favorite, and the cakes are delicious, and they have great ice cream too. The location right by the beach makes it even better, outdoor seating is so relaxing with the ocean breeze. The staff is always very nice and friendly. A must stop by!”
Now, a new restaurant will be joining Vilano Coffee Shop at the hotel. The name of the restaurant is listed only as “TBD” in plan review paperwork submitted recently by Anchor 28 Investment LLC.
A representative of the hotel told What Now on Wednesday that, indeed, a name has not yet been chosen for the new restaurant. As such, most of the details remain under wraps or TBD for the moment. We do know, however, that it’s scheduled to open in February, and that its menu will feature “international cuisine.”
