A new Japanese restaurant serving sushi, hibachi dishes, and more is preparing to open its doors in Jacksonville. Called Yan Sushi Restaurant, it will open at 5711 Bowden Road, Suite 7, near I-95.

“Fresh, handcrafted sushi made with love,” says a description on the Yan Sushi Facebook page. “Enjoy classic rolls, sashimi & fusion flavors. Dine in, takeout, or delivery.”

Promising sushi, hibachi, poke bowls, and sushi burritos, Yan Sushi Restaurant should make a great addition to the retail center at Bowden and Spring Park Roads, which houses restaurants like Bono’s Pit Bar-B-Q, TikiJava Jax, and Taste of Jamaica.

Further details on the menu have yet to be revealed, however. What Now contacted a representative of the restaurant on Friday to ask about plans for the opening. The representative declined to comment, however.

Still, we’re hoping to hear more about Yan Sushi Restaurant soon, so keep your eyes peeled for an update!
