Popular pop-up Pizza Lolo is preparing to make the leap to a brick-and-mortar location. The spot has plans to join the forthcoming development Lost and Found, opening in East Nashville at 3104 Gallatin Pike.

Pizza Lolo specializes in Neapolitan pizza and has been operating for several years around the Nashville area.

Pizza Lolo is one of several locations joining Lost and Found, which will act as a hospitality park, small-business incubator and neighborhood hangout. Lost and Found is expected to open in March.

Pizza Lolo will be joined by Birdie’s Wine Bar, which will open within the Lost and Found development, as well. The two concepts are designed to complement each other — Birdie’s will offer Italian wines that will pair with Pizza Lolo’s pizzas and charcuterie.

The development will also feature rotating food trucks, a cocktail bar, retail concepts and pop-up markets.
