The hottest cup of coffee on the market right now has set its sights on yet another Memphis-area location. Busy local franchisee Tim Heeren has filed permits for a new 7 Brew storefront on the Austin Peay Highway.

7 Brew has applied for a commercial new construction permit with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for a 3385 Austin Peay Highway storefront. As of December 22, the submission is “under review”, suggesting there may still be a considerable stretch of time between locals and a cup of 7 Brew’s coffee.

7 Brew is slated to occupy a 530 square foot building alongside a 250 square foot cooler. Though the concept is primarily a drive-thru cafe, it will have 7 parking spaces.

Memphis java fans can rest easy knowing that franchisee Tim Heeren is behind the wheel of 7 Brew’s next location. The entrepreneur has spearheaded several locations and is very familiar with the brand.

Heeran was kind enough to confirm with What Now Memphis that he is hopeful for a late 3rd quarter early 4th quarter of 2026 opening

7 Brew has become an incredibly powerful force in the fast-casual coffee scene. Founded in Arkansas in 2017, the chain now has over 400 locations. The brand has enjoyed immense success thanks to its professed model: “7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand. It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere. It’s contagious and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”
