​An affiliate of United Site Services, Russell Reid Waste Hauling and Disposal Service Co. submitted its petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. The waste management company made a voluntary filing in the court.

​Court records indicate the company submitted a reorganization plan alongside its petition. The company also secured creditor acceptances prior to filing, according to court documents.

​Attorney Michael D. Sirota of Cole Schotz P.C. is representing the New Jersey-based waste management company in the latest case. Judge Michael B. Kaplan is responsible for overseeing the Chapter 11 proceedings.

Court records show that the petition was signed by John Hafferty, the chief financial officer.

The services of the New Jersey-based business include septic and grease trap pumping, video pipe inspection, dumpster rentals, jet vac services, grease trap and drain line cleaning and maintenance, and more.
