A new Life Time gym is coming to Castle Pines, and it will have an on-site cafe and bistro with options for nutritious smoothies, specialty coffee, and healthy meals. The fitness company’s website advertises that the athletic club is expected to open later this year at 7373 Canyon Forge Drive.

There will be two F&B spots at the facility. The LifeCafe at Castle Pines will be more of a grab-and-go option, catering to members who want to grab a quick bite or beverage pre- or post-workout and during breaks between fitness classes. Outside, a poolside bistro will offer a more casual dining choice to sit and enjoy light meals and refreshments.

Groundbreaking for the 102,000-plus-square-foot resort-style club took place a few months ago, and it is expected to debut by the end of 2026, the City of Castle Pines Planning Commission claims. It is east of I-25 near Castle Pines Parkway and Canyonside Boulevard.

In addition to the food and drink perks, members at the property will also have access to amenities like indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, basketball courts, a full-service spa, and a hydrotherapy suite. And for workouts, there will be a full range of cardio machines, free weights, resistance equipment, functional training tools, and strength-training machines.

Once it opens, the Life Time is expected to add approximately 300 new jobs to the local community, including roles for personal trainers, coaches, and group fitness instructors. The gym will hold yoga, Pilates, barre, indoor cycling, strength and cardio training, HIIT, and functional group classes.
