Hungry As A Wolf, the pizza-focused dining concept inside Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove, will be undergoing a remodel, according to county health records. As the property, located at 12681 S Harbor Blvd, is making many changes and additions, it’s been confirmed that refreshing the pizza parlor is one of them.
The scope of work is categorized as a food remodel exceeding 1,000 square feet. Plans were received on December 11, but marked as “Unable to Approve” on December 22, signaling revisions are required before anything can move forward.
The venue is currently positioned on the Water Park Level of the hotel complex. It’s open for lunch and dinner, offering Brooklyn-style hand-stretched pizzas, pasta dishes, salads, wings, desserts, and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, the menu shows.
As of now, no construction timeline has been confirmed, and Great Wolf Lodge has not responded to requests for details on when remodel work is expected to begin or be completed.
