Florida-based Motek is expanding into Williamsburg amid its New York expansion. It will open at 80 N. Seventh St. The New Openings NYC page indicated that “coming soon” signage is up at the location.

Motek jumped into the New York market with a location in the Flatiron District that opened this past fall. New York City marks the first out-of-state expansion for the brand. The Mediterranean brand launched in Florida in 2020 under the leadership of founders Charlie and Tessa Levy.

Menu items include hummus, oven pita, skewers, salads, steak, lamb chops, falafel, kebabs and all-day brunch with items like avocado toast and shakshuka.

Additional locations are expected to open on the Upper West Side and in the West Village. The locations are expected to roll out this year, though there is no word yet on official opening dates.
