It is said that no one looks back on their life and wishes they spent more time in the office. It is equally true that no one looks back on their life and wishes they ate less pizza. A locally-owned pizzeria is making sure that Bethesda diners don’t have to worry about this consideration. No Regrets Pizza Co. is opening a new location in Woodmont Triangle this spring, ensuring locals get all of the hot slices they crave, reports local media outlet Bethesda Today.

The pizzeria’s new 4925 Fairmont Avenue home will be a slight deviation from No Regrets’ current North Bethesda home, opting for a quick-service model in lieu of wait staff. Owner Richard Weiner generously set aside some time to fill What Now DC in on opening with a new vision in a new neighborhood, saying: “We wanted to be in Downtown Bethesda, in and around all of the millennials and apartment buildings and all that.”

While No Regrets’ North Bethesda location is doing well, the Woodmont Triangle restaurant will allow the concept to attract heavier traffic. Additionally, the space is well-suited to the new, fast-casual approach No Regrets will be employing. Weiner explains “This seemed like a good location for us- it’s small and right in the middle of everything.”

No Regrets fans wondering what precisely a fast-casual version of their favorite pizzeria may look like have nothing to fear. Weiner states that the menu will stay the same with the exception of pasta, which will not be served at the new location. Additionally, guests hoping for an adult beverage will still be able to enjoy beer and wine but not cocktails or liquor. The greatest deviation will be in the service. “The fast casual model for us is defined as no wait staff service.” Weiner says, adding “There will be some indoor and outdoor dining options, but it will be self-service. No forks and knives, no china plates. Everything is handed to you in a box.”

Weiner further expounds on what, precisely, “fast-casual” will look like for No Regrets; the restaurant will have reusable tableware and will provide beer steins and wine glasses but customers will order at the counter and will not require reservations.

No Regrets’ new storefront spans around 1,000 square feet and will be able to seat around 12 guests inside, with space for about 20 visitors outside.

2026 has already been a momentous year for the eatery, earning it high praise and acclaim. Weiner states: “We won the Best Pizza in Best of Bethesda last week. We also tied for second best restaurant in the area and finalist for best cocktails.”

Woodmont Triangle will be the proving ground for this new incarnation of No Regrets. Weiner says that if the model is successful, his team will be looking to introduce it to other new locations. They are currently establishing a commissary kitchen at the North Bethesda storefront to ensure a consistent level of quality certain to delight customers and keep them coming back for more.

Downtown Bethesda pizza enthusiasts won’t have to wait too much longer to enjoy a hot slice; Weiner is optimistic about a May of 2026 opening for the new restaurant.
