Nacho’s, a Canadian fast-casual restaurant chain serving Tex-Mex cuisine, is preparing to open a new location in Laval at 3682 Boulevard Saint Martin Ouest.
The company’s upcoming Laval restaurant is listed as “coming soon” on its website. An exact opening date has not yet been announced. The new location will join a handful of existing Quebec locations, including Mirabel, Rosemère, Saint-Jérôme, Terrebonne, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, and Saint-Hubert. Customers can expect Nacho’s full Tex-Mex menu, built around customizable dishes and made-in-house ingredients.
Nacho’s was founded in 2018 by Kamal Chami as a 100 percent Canadian brand focused on approachable Tex-Mex food. The concept began at its first location in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac and has expanded steadily across the province since then. The Laval opening reflects that continued expansion strategy.
The Laval location places Nacho’s along a major commercial corridor with strong daily traffic. This will be an excellent landing space for the brand as it introduces its concept to a new local customer base. The restaurant is expected to follow the same fast-casual format as other locations, with options for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. Operating details will likely be announced closer to opening.
Nacho’s menu centers on classic Tex-Mex staples, including burritos, tacos, quesadillas, burrito bowls, and nachos. Customers can choose from proteins such as beef, chicken, pulled pork, and steak, as well as vegetarian options like black beans and mixed vegetables. Sides include rice, chips with salsa or guacamole, and corn, while churros anchor the dessert selection.
The brand emphasizes fresh preparation and in-house cooking across its locations. Nacho’s also offers combo meals, a kids menu, and a wide range of sauces and toppings. As the company continues to grow throughout Quebec, the Laval restaurant represents another step in building its regional presence.
