William Joo and Jennifer So launched Tokyo-style pizza restaurant Pizzeria Sei in Pico-Roberton in 2022. Now, it appears that Joo and So are preparing to open at 10700 West Tabor St., Suite 102, in Palms, according to a recent liquor license filing.
It appears that this will be a relocation rather than a second location, according to past reporting by Eater, with plans for a restaurant with a larger footprint and more flexibility for growth. Initially, the move was expected to happen last year.
The menu features antipasti and pizza options such as margherita, Napoletana, bianca and funghi. The pizzas are all 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas.
Pizzeria Sei has gained acclaim as Time Out’s top pick for pizza in Los Angeles and snagged the No. 2 spot on the 50 Top Pizza USA list in 2025.
An opening timeline for Pizzeria Sei in Palms has not been announced yet. What Now Los Angeles has reached out for additional information but could not gain further details prior to the time of publication.
