P.F. Chang’s Introduces Valentine’s Day Dinner for Two
Celebrate this year’s Valentine’s Weekend with a limited-time P.F. Chang’s prix fixe menu. The menu features a five-course dinner for two, designed for guests looking to enjoy a relaxed and celebratory dining experience. The restaurant is famous for its Pan-Asian-inspired and wok-fired flavors served in a cozy and shareable atmosphere.
Founded in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s currently operates more than 300 restaurants across 23 countries. The restaurant offers a menu influenced by flavors from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and other Asian cuisines.
According to a PR Newswire report, P.F. Chang’s CEO Jim Mazany said the restaurant’s food helps set the tone for a great night out.
He also emphasized, “Valentine’s Day is about making time for yourself or someone you care about, whether that’s a date night, a night out with friends, or a solo dinner you can truly enjoy. This menu is designed to take the pressure off and let guests focus on the experience.”
The menu is priced at $89.99 at most participating locations nationwide from February 12 through February 16, 2026.
In New York City’s Union Square and in Honolulu, Hawaii, the restaurant will offer the menu for $99.99. The experience is available for dine-in only, and reservations are encouraged due to limited availability.
Prix Fixe Menu Details

The five-course experience begins with a chef’s selection, followed by a choice of the restaurant’s signature soups. Guests then select from a range of popular entrées designed for sharing, including Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, and Miso-Glazed Salmon.
Additional offerings include Miso Lobster Dumplings, Butternut Squash Dumplings, and Black Pepper Filet. The dessert menu features the classic Chocolate Soufflé and the Butter Cake.
The pairing includes Ferrari-Carano Fumé Blanc or Stag’s Leap Cabernet Sauvignon, selected to complement the menu’s bold flavors. Festive cocktails such as the Lunar Elixir and Midnight Gallop will also be available to order separately.
