Unkie’s Pizza and Bar

After two decades of working together, Richard Gazaway and Michael Colombo are ready to head to their new venture. Unkie’s Pizza and Bar mark the duo’s next venture, continuing their commitment to the local community. Located at 3400 Clairmont Road, the new restaurant will open in two phases, first the restaurant and later the bar.

The Brass Tap

Tampa-based franchise The Brass Tap is heading to Warner Robins. Pratham Patel bringing the upscale sports bar concept to his hometown, creating a new gathering spot for the community. The 3,800-square-foot space will seat about 180 guests for beers, premium drinks, and casual dining with family and friends.

The Peruvian restaurant concept CVI.CHE 105 is heading to Phipps Plaza in the fall. Chef Juan Chipoco will bring the flavors of Peru to Atlanta with CVI.CHE 105’s ninth location, opening this fall at Phipps Plaza. Meanwhile, the concept will continue to expand to other exciting locations this year.
