Illinois-based sandwich franchise Jimmy John’s is heading to a new spot in Warner Robins. Multi-unit franchisee William Amos will open the spot along South Houston Lake Road, according to reporting by the Macon Telegraph.

The sandwich franchise launched in Charleston, Ill. in 1983 with four sandwiches on the menu. It has since expanded significantly and was acquired by Inspire Brands in 2019. The brand now features more than 2,000 locations.

Jimmy John’s offers a variety of subs, ranging from the protein-fueled Gargantuan sub to chicken sandwiches and wraps.

Amos operates existing Jimmy John’s locations in Woodstock, Macon, Tifton and Byron. Amos confirmed the forthcoming location with What Now Atlanta. It is slated to join a multi-unit building that is yet to be constructed.

A long-awaited Red Owl Coffee Company is also slated to open nearby.
