Super Mega Bien Announces Final Service Date in March

Located inside The Ramble Hotel in Denver, Super Mega Bien is a local favorite. It serves modern Latin American, Spanish, and Portuguese dishes.

The restaurant is led by husband-and-wife team Victor Mena, executive chef, and Jenn Mena-Wenstrom, director of operations. They own the restaurant in partnership with the James Beard Foundation-recognized chef Dana Rodriguez.

According to the official social media post, Super Mega Bien is ready to close its chapter in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. The team behind the restaurant said, “With full hearts and deep gratitude, we’re sharing that Super Mega Bien will be closing on March 14, 2026.”

“This space has always been about people—the team who built it, the guests who filled it, and the community that made it matter,” added the team.

The restaurant is famously known for its dim sum-style carts, shareable plates, and lively atmosphere. Chef Victor’s seasonal menu is flavorful and inspired by his Mexican heritage.

Popular items on the menu include Chicken Confit Legs, Puerco Negro, Ensalada de Papaya, Patatas Bravas, and Corn Masa Sope.

For its last chapter, Super Mega Bien will host a series of events beginning February 17. Each evening at 8 p.m., guests will be treated to a complimentary bartender’s-choice mini cocktail as the team makes its way around the dining room.

Chef Victor will also bring back popular dishes and drinks from past menus throughout the celebration.

  • Week 1 (Feb. 17–21): Roasted Remolacha with Jamaican jerk beets, goat cheese, and pickled cherries.
  • Week 2 (Feb. 24–28): Mole Poblano con Pancita with seared pork belly and mole sauce.
  • Week 3 (March 3–5): Spanish Rice Cazuela with jasmine rice, spicy tomato, and cheeses.

The final event, “Clean Out the Bar,” will take place on March 14 at 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat snacks for $20 and $10 cocktails while supplies last.

With the closure of the Super Mega Bien, the Denver dining community is losing a gem.
