Bready, a cafe known for its European baked goods and brunch offerings, is getting ready to expand with new locations planned for 2433 Yonge Street in Toronto and Vaughan Mills in the Greater Toronto Area.

The company’s upcoming Yonge Street location appears in Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario records, while the Vaughan Mills site is teased on the company’s website. Exact opening dates for either location have not yet been announced. The new cafes will introduce customers to Bready’s lineup of pastries, breads, coffee drinks, and brunch items. Bready currently operates a Toronto location at 130 King Street West inside Exchange Tower. That cafe opened in 2025, replacing the former Tim Hortons Innovation Cafe in the building. The company also runs a location in Concord at 15 Connie Crescent.

The two new projects signal continued growth for the brand as it builds a presence across the region. Midtown Toronto, particularly the Yonge and Eglinton area, offers a steady mix of office workers, residents, and transit traffic, making it a strong landing spot for a cafe concept. Vaughan Mills, meanwhile, brings high visitor traffic and a large retail environment that could introduce the brand to new customers.

Bready’s menu includes a mix of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options prepared daily. Customers can expect dishes such as a croissant Benedict served on a buttered croissant with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, a chicken panini, and a fig and pear salad made with goat cheese, caramelized pecans, roasted sweet potato, and dried cranberries. The pastry selection includes items such as vanilla and berry cube croissants, tiramisu, and banana pudding. Drinks include espresso beverages made with a locally roasted specialty blend, iced strawberry matcha, and freshly squeezed juices, rounding out the cafe’s all-day menu.
