Joe & the Juice is opening a new Seattle-area location, continuing its expansion as it brings its signature healthy fare to more neighborhoods.
The new outpost is set to open in 2027 at Northgate Station.
“In 2027 JOE & THE JUICE, Mendocino Farms, Shake Shack, and local favorite Supreme Dumplings will join the growing lineup,” Northgate Station shared via Instagram.
The expansion is part of a larger growth plan, with the company aiming to open new stores across the United States in both existing markets and new neighborhoods the team wants to explore, a spokesperson previously told What Now Seattle.
“The greater Seattle area has quickly become a major focus for us, and the love and support from the local communities where we have already opened has been incredible. We can’t wait to keep growing here and bring even more good energy to your vibrant communities,” Jorrie Bruffett, managing director, said in a statement.
The new location will mirror other outposts and offer the full menu of favorites, including fresh juices, coffee, smoothies, breakfast bowls and sandwiches.
Hot picks from the menu include the “Beets & Berries” smoothie with strawberries, bananas, beetroot powder, date puree, collagen and whey protein; the “Feel Good” juice with ginger, lemon, turmeric, carrot, olive oil and apple; and the steak sandwich with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, arugula, pickles, honey mustard and steak on Joe’s classic bread.
Joe & The Juice was founded in Copenhagen in 2002 by Kasper Basse and has since grown to more than 400 locations across the Nordics, Central Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. The company aims to expand to 1,000 stores by 2028, according to LinkedIn.
The shop recently opened a location at Bellevue Square and plans to debut another downtown store this spring. The new outpost will join its Seattle-area footprint, which includes two locations in Seattle–one at University Village and another in Belltown.
