Los Angeles-based Alfred Coffee is opening a new location in Porter Ranch on March 21. Known as “the neighborhood coffee shop of LA,” the brand is joining the growing dining lineup at The Vineyards shopping mall.
Alfred Coffee Opens at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch

Alfred Coffee is set to open a new location in the West Valley. The coffee shop will welcome guests at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday for the grand opening. The first 100 guests can enjoy a complimentary drink, along with a mini vanilla syrup, stickers, and a mini tote.
Alfred is hosting additional activities, such as airbrush tattoos and complimentary ice cream from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., while supplies last.
The brand was established by Josh Zad in 2013. Alfred has built a strong following across Los Angeles for its community-focused cafe experience. Zad said Alfred aims to offer more than just coffee.
He added, “We’re excited to join The Vineyards at Porter Ranch and become part of the community’s daily rhythm, from morning coffee runs to midday meetings and easy weekend moments with family and friends.”

Alfred is bringing its menu of espresso and matcha drinks. Guests can enjoy breakfast burritos, bagels, pastries, and seasonal specialties. With indoor and outdoor seating, guests can unwind, meet friends, or work remotely.
The Vineyards at Porter Ranch will welcome two more dining destinations. Cafe Landwer, a Mediterranean-inspired concept, will open soon, and a Sweetgreen restaurant for a variety of salads and bowls will join later this year.
