Altomar Home Healthcare Inc. has voluntarily filed for bankruptcy relief. The home healthcare service provider hopes to readjust its finances through the process. As a “small business debtor,” it would continue operations as normal during the process under the court’s guidance.

Altomar Home Health Care Inc. Enters Bankruptcy Proceedings

The debtor made a voluntary bankruptcy filing on March 23, 2026. The case details can be found on PACER records. The Chapter 11 process is taking place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

Attorney Carlos Miranda of Miranda & Maldonado, PC, is offering legal representation to the home health care service provider.

Eliza Martinez, mentioned as the president of Altomar Home Healthcare Inc., is the authorized representative who signed the petition before its submission.

The debtor is a family-owned home healthcare service provider serving a range of patients across El Paso, Santa Teresa, and New Mexico. It was set up in 1999 by Sylvia Martinez, serving infants, the disabled, and elderly.

Other than these, the deadline for submitting the Chapter 11 Plan is September 21, 2026.
