A Tuscan-inspired steakhouse is set to open at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville on April 10, 2026. Located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, the restaurant has begun accepting reservations via OpenTable ahead of its launch.

Bacco Brings Tuscan Steakhouse Experience to Nashville

Bacco has taken its inspiration from the Roman god of wine and revelry, Bacchus. It celebrates Italian hospitality through a Tuscan steakhouse setting. The eatery mixes Italian culinary traditions with the atmosphere of Music City, a spot designed for celebratory evenings.

“Bacco has been thoughtfully imagined as a place where great food, wine, and conversation come together,” said Sunil Narang, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville.

“From the design of the space to the flavours on the plate, every element reflects the joy and generosity of Italian dining culture. We’re thrilled to finally open our doors and welcome Nashville to experience it.”

Bacco offers seasonal ingredients and bold Italian flavors, focusing on house-made pastas, antipasti, and premium steaks. Some of their signatures include Parmigiano-Reggiano and Gnocchetti Sardi with spicy ‘nduja.

Squash blossom, Conchiglie al pesto with zucchini, and a selection of dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood are other highlights available on the menu. Guests can enjoy entrees like braised lamb belly and broiled whole branzino. Antipasti like charred prawns and coriander-cured tuna are paired with shareable starters like bruschetta with mortadella and pistachio, which are also available on the menu.

“Bacco is a celebration of everything we love about Italian culture, from exceptional food and wine to the energy of gathering around the table,” said Nishaan Chavda, Director of Operations at Bacco.

“We are proud to bring a concept to Nashville that embraces both authenticity and revelry, creating an experience that feels elevated, yet inviting.”

The eatery also offers a curated Italian wine list and a cocktail program that mixes tradition with modern creativity. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

Wine and Cocktail Program

Designed by internationally acclaimed studio AvroKO, Bacco has a layered space just off the hotel’s main lobby. It has a central bar and a lounge with a dining room with an open kitchen and a dry-aging cabinet, along with two private dining rooms.

The eatery has an outdoor terrace and bar, drawn from the Italian Riviera, which hosts daytime dining and events in the evening. The area spans over 8,000 square feet, and the space mixes Tuscan style with Nashville’s through custom furnishings, subtle nods to Spaghetti Westerns, and textured materials.

With its blend of Tuscan culinary traditions and designed spaces, Bacco is set to bring a fresh dining experience to Nashville.
