A new adults-only bar is saddling up in downtown Yakima.

Once or Twice Bar, operated by William Kostas, Garrett Remy, Lauren Bailey and Nathaniel Seeger, will open at 31 N. Front St., according to business filings.

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board recently approved the bar’s liquor license. The bar plans to serve cocktails and cold beer, according to its website.

Though details on the new spot remain limited, phrases like “Pony up y’all” and “Comin’ soon y’all” suggest an elevated Western-style theme, with warm orange accents visible on its Instagram page.

Yakima is a mid-sized city in central Washington’s Yakima Valley known for its agriculture-driven economy, producing apples, cherries and a large share of the nation’s hops.

The area reflects Western influences tied to its ranching roots, with nearby events such as the Ellensburg Rodeo highlighting the culture. Yakima provides access to outdoor recreation along the Yakima River and nearby mountains.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. Visit the Once or Twice Bar website and follow along on Instagram for the latest updates.
