The retail center on the southeast corner of Collier Parkway and Fl-54 in Lutz appears to be the future home of a new Kaia Bowls location. Owned and operated by Marc and Cristinela Ancuta, the franchise has grown in recent years to encompass five locations in cities like Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. Now, paperwork submitted by Brook & Grace Enterprise, LLC shows a new Kaia Bowls planned for 1946 Collier Parkway.

The menu at Kaia Bowls Ybor City features pretty much every kind of bowl you can imagine. And are poke bowls with proteins like Ahi Tuna, Fresh Salmon, and even Vegan Chicken. Then there are Acai Bowls like the eponymous Kaia Bowl (OUR MOST POPULAR AÇAI BOWL!! Organic, non-GMO and gluten-free açai and gluten-free granola. Topped with bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes, and Nutella).

But that’s not all: there are also Banana-Berry Bowls, Coconut Bowls, Green Bowls, Pitaya Bowls, Passion Fruit Bowls, Spirulina Bowls, and even Bring-Your-Own-Fruit Bowls.

“Kaia Bowls mission is to deliver healthy, great tasting alternatives to our customers, whether it is for a quick snack, a delicious bowl, or a complete meal alternative,” says the Kai Bowls website. “We will execute our mission with exceptional service and deliver or products in a relaxed-chic eating environment. The values of Kaia Bowls are respect, honesty, passion, and service-to-others and reflects our broader company commitment to our customers and the community.”

Opening in the Collier Parkway location, Kaia Bowls would join a retail center anchored by Sprouts Farmer’s Market whose food and drink portfolio already includes Vallarta’s Mexican Restaurant and Discovery Indian Cuisine 2.0.
